Return & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Harper Gizmos. We strive to provide high-quality tech gadgets and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds and Return Policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items returned after the stated return period may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue before processing a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued through a mutually agreed method since we operate with Cash on Delivery only
  • Processing times may vary depending on your location and communication response times

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned beyond the allowed return timeframe
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items where specified

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for eligible defective or damaged products. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
